Decisions about who will take on these roles—whether a single person for both or separate individuals—are usually made in collaboration with the family, considering the protected person's estate planning documents. This role includes ensuring they receive necessary medical care, arranging suitable housing, and delivering other essential services.As conservators, we manage the protected individual's financial affairs, including collecting income, paying bills, handling financial accounts, and preparing taxes.
